By the new developed device family of AQUATRACE III we are able to realize individual solution of each case of industrial application.
But the kind of manipulation by touch screen display is always the same for all design.

Using the directly menu on the display you can choose from 16 different languages and also the dimension unit of the measuring value (Dp °C or Vppm).

In first time it is necessary to check the calendar data because the measuring values are logging in real time.

Thereinafter you are able to reclaim and to analyse all the history of your measuring device at your PC.

 Via the USB-interface you also can upload an encoded status log to send us via e-mail. It will help us to diagnose better the device in case of a breakdown. It is an important improvement for better remote service.

For each channel you can define the channel name, alarm limit, display scaling. The analogue output is free scalable.
As a special option you can choose to arrange an automatically sensor check in a free selected time.

According to the selected time scale the measuring values are showing as a curve online.

By this monitoring you can identify the dynamic of your process and detect some irregularities just in time.

If you want to check up a humidity event in your process exactly you can zoom the time scale like in a smart phone.

In correlation with the NAMUR instruction you can switch on the service button what means a status of sample and hold at the analogue output.

Thereby at the PLS a well-defined signal shows the status of measurement system.

At our older devices of AQUATRACE models it was a bit difficult to recoat the sensor in the measuring cell. But if you don’t follow the manual correctly you could get a lot of trouble.
Now in the new device of AQUATRACE III with the directly menu on touch screen display and the free selected operating language you can’t make serious mistakes.
That’s why our new device  has a high level of customer acceptance.

The new developed measuring cell distinguishes itself by a good handling, a high reaction velocity by low gas consumption.

 

A new developed sealing system defines a high level of leakage rate better than 10 exp -9 mbarl/s, what is usual for high vacuum components.

 

The mounting of our new cell is easy too. You can choose to mount it by a steel bracket or by special clips.

 

For using our device in explosion-proof area we have a certificated by IBExU measuring cell.
